Process
How a project runs, start to finish
One path in four phases, for websites and software alike. Each phase ends with something concrete you can review before the next one.
- 01
Inquiry and first conversation
You send an inquiry; we reply by email and, if useful, arrange a call about what you need and why.
- Website
- Summary of goals, audience and the pages the site needs.
- Software
- Summary of the current workflow, where it breaks and who uses it.
- 02
Scope and proposal
We write down what is included, what is not, the order of work and the price for the agreed scope.
- Website
- Page list, content plan and a written proposal.
- Software
- List of screens, data and integrations, and a written proposal for phase one.
- 03
Design and build
You can review work in progress and give feedback before anything is final.
- Website
- Design of key pages, then the working site on a preview link.
- Software
- A working version in a test environment, adjusted as it is built.
- 04
Launch and handover
We go live together and hand over what was agreed in the contract.
- Website
- Published site, access to domain and hosting accounts, short guide for editing.
- Software
- System in use, agreed access to the code and documentation, team walkthrough.
After launch
No mandatory retainer. When new requirements come up, we scope them as a separate phase and continue from the existing code and documentation.
- One point of contact
- Ownership agreed in writing
- Fixed scope per phase
- Serbian and English
A website or a system — tell us what you need
Send a short inquiry. We reply by email with questions or a first recommendation, and arrange a conversation if it helps.
- A concrete recommendation, not a sales pitch
- A reply by email, a call only if useful
- No obligation to continue
