What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, the service/project type you pick and your message, plus — only if you fill them in — company name, current website address and a rough timeline or budget. We also record the time of submission and whether our internal email notification about your enquiry was delivered. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not use third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

The legal basis depends on why you contacted us. For project, quotation or other business-engagement enquiries, we process your data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, where applicable. For general business correspondence and limited handling of abusive or automated submissions, we rely on legitimate interest, only where that is applicable and legally justified. Where we must keep records for accounting and tax purposes, the basis is a legal obligation. Not every basis applies to every message. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list without your request. We do not carry out automated decision-making and we do not profile you in relation to contact enquiries.

Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a managed cloud database provided by a third-party hosting provider, and email correspondence is handled through our business email provider. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are subject to their own terms and security measures; we restrict access to your data to what is needed to answer your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are reviewed and deleted periodically; we do not run automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Data tied to an active or completed engagement is kept for as long as the business relationship and accounting obligations require. Deletion on request is always available — see "Your rights" below.

You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
